~ Sunless ~

~ Sunless ~

When I think about this world of mine
And how without you, my sun would not shine
Then I begin that long descent
Of sleepless nights, my life force spent
And like a nomad neath skies of grey
I’d wander til my dying day
Longing for you as the bee does the flower
Through fields of my mind their to devour
The memory of what used to be
When beams of your love showered me.
