~ Some Days Are Loss ~

~ Some Days Are Loss ~

Some days are loss –
Deep suffering
Submerged in memory
A caracole of thought
Round and round and round
Of loved ones
Who inspired
Walked in honor, integrity
Now beyond the veil…

That of loving Mothers
Dedicated Fathers
Like minded Siblings
Honored Grandparents
Aunts and Uncles
Meaningful mentors

Out of reach
Words of encouragement
Still guide
Words of love
Still lift
Yet the loss remains
For what will never be spoken

Graves hold such a finality of silence.
