~ Morning Crier ~

~ Morning Crier ~

Atop the dogwood blooming

(Between leaf and twig)

The crier perched is signing

Inducing a feathered gig

And all are now aflutter

With flight and song

And all adhere the crier;

Night is gone, day has dawned

Atop the dogwood blooming

The crier perched is signing

Between leaf and twig

Inducing a feathered gig.
