~ Lovely Loner ~

Don’t look in the crowd;

She’s not to found

She’s personified nature

Earthly bound,

Meandering streams

Softly flowing,

Or amongst the lilies

In sunlight glowing,

Don’t look in the crowd;

She’s not to be found

She’s personified nature

Earthly bound,

Wildflowers adorn her hair

Leaflets cover her here and there…

A woodland nymph, simple, free,

Living life less complexities

Bedding in blades so green

Lost within a moment serene

Peace releases soft, soft sighs

As slumber gently closes her eyes:

Don’t look in the crowd;

She’s not to be found

She’s personified nature

Earthly bound.
